Charlotte Cornish

Charlotte has more than 30 years of experience in the public school system in Mississippi. She taught elementary school math and gifted classes before becoming an administrator at the district level. Prior to joining Bailey Education Group, Charlotte served as Assistant Superintendent/Federal Programs Coordinator for the Choctaw County School District. She has been involved with writing and monitoring numerous grants during her career as an educator. Charlotte received a Milken Educator award for her work.

Kelly Earls

Kelly, is a former elementary and middle school teacher and middle school and elementary principal serving in K-2, K-6, K-8, and K-12 settings. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in elementary education and a Specialist degree in Educational Administration. She is currently serves as a head coach, instructional specialist, leadership coach, and data coach, with Bailey Education Group working in school districts across the states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Oklahoma.


Monique Henderson

Monique H. Henderson has more than 20 years of experience in education, including time spent researching and writing about public education in Mississippi, Southern California and Texas. She has worked as a teacher, serving students who are English learners, homeless students and migrant students. Most recently, she served as Director of Special Populations for the Mississippi Department of Education, overseeing the state’s English Learner, neglected and delinquent and homeless initiatives. She also has provided education supports to EL and dyslexic students and has co-authored three books about education and education leadership. A Meridian, Mississippi native, she holds a doctorate in education leadership from the University of Redlands in Southern California and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands and Lone Star College in Conroe, Texas. Before going into education, she worked in journalism and public relations, as well as development.


Cellie Scoggin

Cellie is a former elementary and middle school teacher. She served as an elementary principal prior to joining the Bailey Educational Group team in 2008 where she is currently Director of Educational Services.  Mrs. Scoggin coaches teachers and administrators in districts across Mississippi, Alabama, Kansas, Oklahoma, Michigan, and Missouri.


Patrick Scoggin

Patrick is a former middle school and high school teacher. He has a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. Currently, he is a Head Coach, Instructional Coach, and Data Coach for Bailey Education Group. Patrick has extensive experience training/coaching teachers in the effective implementation of the MS College and Career Readiness Math Standards.  He has worked with schools across Mississippi, as well as Louisiana, Alabama, Oklahoma, New York, & New Jersey to support teachers with the realization of best practices in the 21st century classroom.

Tanisha Washington

Tanisha is a former elementary and middle school English Language Arts teacher with over 17 years of experience in various areas of education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech/Language Pathology and Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters of Arts degree in Elementary Education from William Carey University. Ms. Washington has served in the capacity of Academic Curriculum Coach, Interventionist, School Test Coordinator, LSC Chairperson, among other titles outside the scope of regular classroom educator. Ms. Washington currently serves as Head Coach, English Language Arts Specialist, and Data Specialist for Bailey Education Group, LLC. As Head Coach, Ms. Washington manages projects in school districts around the state of MS.
