Tricia Bridges
ELA Lead

Tricia is an instructional specialist and Head Coach for Bailey Education Group. Her specialty areas include training, co- teaching, and modeling effective instruction aligned to the Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards for Language Arts and Mississippi Teacher Performance Standards; and training and providing job-embedded professional development on Culturally Responsive Teaching and Leading. Prior to joining BEG, she served as Mississippi Director for Generation Ready and for JBHM Education Group, where she created the Teacher Coaching Division. As Instructional Specialist, she provided support to K-12 teachers on effective, data-driven instruction with a focus on writing.  She has also served as Assessment Specialist for Mississippi Writing/Thinking Institute and PREPS where she developed and managed state-wide and national professional development projects. As a secondary English teacher, she received the Alan R. Barton Excellence in Teaching Award.  Tricia has a BS in English/Secondary Education, a MS in Curriculum and Instruction, and Administration Certification from USM and a PhD in Curriculum Instruction/Education Leadership from Mississippi State University.

Gretchen Cagle
Special Education Lead

Gretchen is a special education head coach for Bailey Education Group (BEG) specializing in training, co-teaching, and modeling effective implementation of the regulations and instructional practices for students with disabilities. Prior to working with BEG, she served as the State Director of Special Education for the Mississippi Department of Education. She has a B.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi in special education for mild/moderate disabilities, an M.Ed. from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University in special education for severe disabilities, an add on certification from William Carey University in psychometry, and is currently a doctoral candidate at Delta State University.

Charlotte Cornish

Charlotte has more than 30 years of experience in the public school system in Mississippi. She taught elementary school math and gifted classes before becoming an administrator at the district level. Prior to joining Bailey Education Group, Charlotte served as Assistant Superintendent/Federal Programs Coordinator for the Choctaw County School District. She has been involved with writing and monitoring numerous grants during her career as an educator. Charlotte received a Milken Educator award for her work.

Kelly Earls
Data/TST Lead

Kelly is a former elementary and middle school teacher and middle school and elementary principal serving in K-2, K-6, K-8, and K-12 settings. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in elementary education and a Specialist degree in Educational Administration. She is currently serves as a head coach, instructional specialist, leadership coach, and data coach, with Bailey Education Group working in school districts across the states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Oklahoma.

Jamie Loper
Science Lead

Jamie is a retired educator with twenty-eight years of experience.  Fourteen of those years she has served as the principal of a Level A elementary school. Prior to this she worked for six years as an assistant principal in elementary and middle schools.  She has also taught biology, chemistry other high school science courses.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and a Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership.  Prior to joining Bailey Group, she utilized and received training in NWEA MAP, STAR, MS Teacher Growth Model, and data analysis. After joining the Bailey Group in 2018, she has developed and implemented training for teachers and administrators in the MS CCRS for Science. She has also worked with districts in developing district and school BEG curriculum maps for science along with pacing guides and units of instruction in science K-12.

Dr. Andy Parker

Andy is an energetic, motivational leader and speaker who has been teaching students and leading schools and districts for the past 30 years.  He is currently serving as the Sales and Leadership Development Executive at Bailey Education Group.  His background in high school English and his passion for leadership and supporting those in leadership roles propelled him to begin writing his book, Building Brilliant Schools:  What GREAT Leaders Do Differently, which will be released later in 2019.  Dr. Andy also coaches leaders in schools and districts across Mississippi and Louisiana to transform school culture and improve student and teacher performance. 

Pat Ross
Executive Leadership

Pat is a former MS Department of Education (MDE) Deputy State Superintendent. Pat has worked as a teacher, coach, principal and superintendent in our Mississippi Public Schools. Among other responsibilities at the MDE, Mr. Ross was responsible for designing and implementing Mississippi’s first Superintendents Academy and subsequent Principals Academy. Pat is currently serving as Bailey’s Executive Leadership Lead.

Patrick Scoggin
Math K-5 Lead

Patrick is a former middle school and high school teacher. He has a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. Currently, he is a Head Coach, Instructional Coach, and Data Coach for Bailey Education Group. Patrick has extensive experience training/coaching teachers in the effective implementation of the MS College and Career Readiness Math Standards.  He has worked with schools across Mississippi, as well as Louisiana, Alabama, Oklahoma, New York, & New Jersey to support teachers with the realization of best practices in the 21st century classroom.

Tanisha Washington
ELA Lead

Tanisha Washington is a former elementary and middle school English Language Arts teacher with over 17 years of experience in various areas of education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech/Language Pathology and Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters degree in Elementary Education from William Carey University. Ms. Washington has served in the capacity of Academic Curriculum Coach, Interventionist, School Test Coordinator, LSC Chairperson, among other titles outside the scope of regular classroom educator. Ms. Washington currently serves as Head Coach, Lead English Language Arts Specialist, and Data Specialist for Bailey Education Group, LLC. As Head Coach, Ms. Washington manages projects in school districts around the state of MS.
