Quality educational leadership is important to the overall success of an individual school or district. Bailey’s leadership coaches customize support through individualized professional growth plans. Coaches work with school administrators, instructional coaches/lead teachers to build capacity and produce positive results with a focus on leadership development.

Coaching Focus:

Coaches work to build capacity and produce positive results with a laser-like focus on the state’s Professional Growth Standards for administrators and will include, but not be limited to the following focus areas:

Service Delivery:

Bailey’s coaches will support administrators, instructional coaches/lead teachers by serving/working as a building level mentor, resource provider, assessment and data coach, and curriculum and instructional specialist. Service delivery includes onsite (job-embedded) and virtual training, coaching, modeling, consultation, and technical assistance. Bailey’s specialist will debrief with principal or designee and submit a detailed work report for the day.
