Kelly Earls

Kelly is a former elementary and middle school teacher and middle school and elementary principal serving in K-2, K-6, K-8, and K-12 settings. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in elementary education and a Specialist degree in Educational Administration. She is currently serves as a head coach, instructional specialist, leadership coach, and data coach, with Bailey Education Group working in school districts across the states of Alabama, Mississippi, and Oklahoma.

 

Phyllis Jenkins

Phyllis has served as a Science Instructional Specialist with Bailey Education Group, LLC since December, 2015. Ms. Jenkins holds the following degrees: B.S. in Biology, University of Mississippi, M.Ed. In Science Education, University of Mississippi and National Board Certification in Adolescence and Young Adult Science.  Ms. Jenkins is also an instructor for an Alternate Route Certification Program for Teachers. Her classroom experience includes a variety of high school life science courses including 20 years as a Biology teacher. Ms. Jenkins’ classroom experience also includes middle school integrated science, grant writing, and curriculum development.

 

Ann King

Ann has  a BA in Physical Geography with emphasis in atmospheric science and cartography from The University of Southern Mississippi, and certified in Secondary Education: General Science at Valdosta State University in GA. Earned Graduate credit from Mississippi Academy for Teaching Science at Jackson State University in MS.  Taught middle and high school in Mississippi, Georgia, and at a Department of Defense High School in Kaiserslautern, Germany. I have spent 15 years volunteering with the Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and Church youth groups. My Mississippi certification is for General Science grades 6-12 with endorsements in Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Jamie Loper

Jamie is a retired educator with twenty-eight years of experience. Fourteen of those years she has served as the principal of a Level A elementary school. Prior to this she worked for six years as an assistant principal in elementary and middle schools. She has also taught biology, chemistry other high school science courses. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and a Master’s of Education in Educational Leadership. Prior to joining Bailey group she utilized and received training in NWEA MAP, STAR, MS Teacher Growth Model, and data analysis. After joining the Bailey Group in 2018, she has developed and implemented training for teachers and administrators in the MS CCRS for Science. She has also worked with districts in developing district and school BEG curriculum maps for science along with pacing guides and units of instruction in science k-12.
