Quality educational leadership is important to the overall success of an individual school or school system. Strong Principals are critical to high-performing schools as they help to champion school reforms, and serve as motivators to teachers and students. Now What? We’ve Trained…What are the Next Steps? (Session for Administrators and Curriculum Directors)

Many instructional leaders find that training teachers on the “What” of standards is the easiest step in the implementation process. After the “What” is accomplished, instructional leaders are looking for practical, researched-based plans and strategies that teachers can and will implement with fidelity in the classroom. This session guides administrators and curriculum directors as they determine next steps to ensure effective implementation of the standards in their districts.
