Keirsten Bradberry

Keirsten a graduate of Jackson State University where  she received my Bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a concentration in secondary mathematics.  Completed her graduate studies at Mississippi College where she received a Master’s and Specialist degree in school counseling.  She also completed the Mississippi Alternate Path to Quality School Leaders program. Joined the Bailey team in 2017 where her area of expertise is middle school math and Algebra I.

Kayla Calcote

Jeana Tabor Cook

Jeana is a mathematics instructional coach for Bailey Education Group focusing on training, co-teaching and modeling effective implementation of Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards and Mississippi Educator Professional Growth Standards in the elementary classroom. Prior to working with BEG, she served as Mathematics Instructional Specialist and taught fifth grade common core mathematics. As an instructional coach and classroom teacher, she developed and executed Tier 2 research-based interventions where her students demonstrated increased growth and achievement on state assessments. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Delta State University and over one hundred hours of training in mathematics Common Core and Mississippi College and Career Readiness standards. Mrs. Cook develops instructional units/documents/resources for BEG and currently coaches in multiple districts across the state of Mississippi. 

Marauo Davis

Marauo received a B.S. from The University of Southern Mississippi (December 2009) in chemistry and mathematics. Afterwards, Marauo completed a Ph.D. at Texas Tech (May 2013) while serving as a high school, co-teacher for calculus and physics, as a GK-12 Fellow, at Monterey High School in Lubbock, TX. Upon completing the Ph.D., Marauo worked as patent analyst in the Texas Tech Office and Technology and Commercialization before returning to Mississippi and accepting a position as a high math teacher and academic coach. To further his knowledge of education and teaching, Marauo completed a master’s program at William Carey University (January 2016). Marauo was a full-time employee in the Wayne County School District while serving part-time as an Independent Consultant at study.com. Marauo was highly recognized for teaching excellence and a >90% pass rate for PARCC and MAP Algebra 1 assessments. In fact, he was recognized by the Wayne County School District for having the most students to perform at the “Advanced” level. Marauo is currently employed with Bailey Education Group as Lead Math Specialist for Middle & High School.

Cynthia Harper Mumford

Cynthia is a mathematics and technology instructional coach for Bailey Education group. She joined the team in 2016 and her focuses are on training, co-teaching and modeling and effective implementation of the College and Career Readiness Standards in the elementary and secondary classrooms. Prior to consulting with BEG she taught many years in the middle and high school classrooms and spent over 10 years as a Technology Facilitator by providing professional development with districts on integrating technology into the classrooms. As an instructional coach and classroom teacher, she executed many research-based interventions where her students demonstrated increased growth and achievement on state tests and was recognized by the school districts for her students’ high performance of proficient/advanced. She has been instrumental in guiding teachers in the development and execution of quality interventions while utilizing student data to ensure increased student growth and achievement.

Eliza Reed

Eliza Reed is a senior instructional coach for Bailey Education Group. Eliza has coached K4-2nd Grade Math and K-4-8th grade ELA since February of 2012. Special projects Mrs. Reed has worked on include developing Math and ELA standards-based pacing guides, units of instruction and end of year assessments for districts across the state of Mississippi for Pre-K thru 5th Grade. She has facilitated Professional Development Sessions and worked one on one coaching teachers in classrooms in Mississippi, Oklahoma and Alabama. Eliza’s priority continues to be focusing on effective implementation of the state standards while utilizing student data to drive instruction and ensure student growth and achievement.

Patrick Scoggin

Patrick is a former middle school and high school teacher. He has a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. Currently, he is a Head Coach, Instructional Coach, and Data Coach for Bailey Education Group. Patrick has extensive experience training/coaching teachers in the effective implementation of the MS College and Career Readiness Math Standards.  He has worked with schools across Mississippi, as well as Louisiana, Alabama, Oklahoma, New York, & New Jersey to support teachers with the realization of best practices in the 21st century classroom.
